Refund policy

Refunds can be made only if the registrant notifies Stacey Ladieu of the cancellation by July 31, 2024. All funds will be reimbursed except for a cancellation fee of $50 USD

Because most sessions will be available virtually and for on-demand viewing, no refunds will be granted for cancellations after the above date.

If the event shifts to a fully virtual event, all registrations will be converted to virtual attendee registration, and the cancellation policy will apply to any termination requests.
