Call for abstracts

Deadline closes April 19th, 2024 AOE. Make sure you check the call for abstracts for the guidelines for authors and submit your abstract in the submissions site. If the link to the abstract template appears to be not working, please check your download folder. You do not need to be a member to submit an abstract.

Registration

Registration opens on Friday, April 26th, and will close on August 9th. Registration operates on a first come first serve until we reach the maximum capacity. Check full rate chart in the conference registration page or its mirror at the society website.

Educational courses registration

Registration opens on Friday, April 26th. Registration operates on a first come first serve until we reach the maximum capacity. The course registration rate is 150  USD per person and course for members and 200 USD for non-members.

Awards nominations

We have now updated the details about the awards including the brand new SfNIRS Fellows awards. Please apply and/or make your nominations now. The deadline is June 14th.

Call for sponsors

We have recently had a substantial increase in the number of exhibitors and there are now only the last few spaces. If you haven’t yet got in contact with us, please do so asap as we have a limited capacity. Please contact admin@fnirs.org or Sungho Tak or Letizia Contini for further details.
